Strategy Execution Support Options
Experience has shown that rolling out or executing newly developed strategies can often prove even more complex and challenging than the actual development of any new strategy. The strategy execution phase takes place over a much longer period than the strategy development cycle and can present many new and complex challenges.
In order to ensure total project success (and prevent only partially successful strategy rollouts and/or frustrtated efforts), we have developed a new support programme, which ensures you have continued access to our input and expertise also during the entire strategy execution cycle. This ensures complete success of your new strategy and the project. This support programme offers various levels of support to suit your specific business needs, circumstances and budgets.
All support will be provided by the SAME CONSULTANT, who delivered the Coaching, Consultancy or Training to you ensuring complete project familiarity and high standards.
Basic Support
E-MAIL SUPPORT
Clients will be supported via email on any project specific strategic or tactical areas on which we have previously engaged and a delivered a project.
This engagement may have been in any of the following areas.
- Business Coaching
- Consultancy
- Tailored Training
- Marketing Services
The support required by you may relate to some assistance with any of the business challenges as listed here.
This Basic Support Service provides clients additional assistance on any strategic or tactical areas by way of an advisory to you via email.
*All emails will provide a guranteed response within 3 working days.
* This option allows you 2 support emails per month.
* All support emails MUST directly relate to the areas of the defined engagement, the Scope and the project parameters.
*Any unutilised monthly email quota can NOT be carried forward.
Standard Support
TELEPHONE SUPPORT
Clients will be supported via pre-scheduled monthly Conference calls on any project (past or current) in which we are or have been engaged by the client.
These conference calls may can be on either a
1-2-1 basis or be group based calls, involving your full management team.
All conference calls will have a pre-defined and pre-agreed Agenda to ensure maximum benefit is derived from these calls by the client. The preparation work required and carried out prior to the call will also ensure that total clarirty and focus is maintained during these calls.
The nature of the support required by the client may relate to any areas where we have engaged and may also include challenges relating to the planning and the execution strategies covered during the provision of the following;
- Business Coaching
- Consultancy
- Tailored Training
- Marketing Services
The support required may relate to any of the chalenges as listed here
This support includes;
2 x monthly 60 min calls
PLUS all the pre-call preparation work, which will be required and undertaken by us
Premium Support
ON SITE SUPPORT
Clients are supported via:
- Monthly Email
- Monthly Conf Call
- Quarterly Meeting
We realise that making strategic changes in any Business Critical Areas is both complex and takes time to implement. Often unforeseen challenges present themselves during the strategy execution phase. It is here, where a more robust and engaging support programme such as the Premium Support brings significant benefits to you.
To resolve more complex business challenges, often email suport and conf calls need to be suplemented with face to face meetings to in order to arrive at the correct resolution.
During these 1-2-1- or indeed group meetings, if required, some additional Coaching , Consulting or Training can also be facilited, along with White boarding etc, to ensure continued project success and project deadlines are met.

The Premium Support Option is a very cost effective way to plug any strategic or tactical gaps and address any challenges presented in executing the strategies developed during our engagement.
