We believe that “generic” Sales Training courses provide little or no value, since course material is designed to address all levels of competencies – i.e. one size fits all, principle. In practice, NO company will have a sales force comprising of all staff at the same knowledge and experience level.

Our Sales Training Courses deliver maximum impact and ZERO time wasted learning irrelevant information, providing real and immediate value to client and sales professional.

To ensure high quality and relevance of the Sales Training, 2 weeks prior to the Training delivery, a pre-assessment session will be conducted and the sales staff fully assessed via a detailed questionnaire to determine individual levels of competency, knowledge, experience and ability. Thereafter, a course will be structured and tailored to the “very specific” client needs and the sales force.

All our Sales Training courses are designed and structured around the individual sales requirement and tailored to the very specific circumstances of the client, the needs of the sales staff, the sales roles and the target markets.

Typically, the course contains a total of 2 Training sessions. These are delivered over a 2 month period with each session lasting up to 3 hours and a short Break-out exercise within each of the training days.

Additionally, 4 follow-up sessions are provided to the management and included within the price. This is nornally by way of 4 x Annual reviews (typically, once a quarter), to ensure compliance and full benefit is being derived from the investment in the sales training.
